Week 6 & 7: Feedback for 4 essays (Assessment A)
- Feedback for 2 essays about Le Corbusier
After receiving the feedback, I realised that I had many small mistakes such as forgetting capitalize the name of the materials and also using American english. Also, I do not reference in the right way. I think I need to be more carefull when I write essays for not having these mistakes.
This essay, I have mistakes about information inside the essay which is not enough and correctly. To solve, I rereaded the resources and added more information inside. Besides, I need to name the title of the essay clearly and relevant.
This is also about rephrasing, spelling problems in my essays, I need to be more carefull when I write them.
I need to make clear about the information I added in.
- Feedback on BIG essay
Mostly, I needed to rephrase some sentences correctly and more relevant. In this essay, I forgot about why environmental aspect is important, I mentioned it is improved but there is no rational behind it. To solve, I looked back in BIG’s targets and aims to identify what they want in their projects.
I needed to look back to the resources to reference the information which I used in my essay and also find evidence to make the point stronger in my essay.
- Herzog & de Meuron’s essay
This essay also has similar mistakes as my other essays, about changing the title and rephrase sentences to make it sense. I need to check the reference.
My final draft
After all, I think I improved my academic writing alot and the things I need to improve in the future is I need to be more carefull when I write essay because I got many mistakes of tense and revelant words. I also need to improve my referecing.
